Credit Unions for Kids Dolls Have Arrived!

Every Dollar Counts… TWICE!
CO-OP Financial Services has offered to match all funds donated by your credit union to Credit Unions for Kids!  Now your sponsorship of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run can have an even bigger impact!  In addition to matching you for your credit union’s sponsorship donation, CO-OP Financial Services will also match the donations from your fundraising efforts in conjunction with the Run.   For more information on how the matching works and how to apply, click here.

Fun-Filled Race Weekend Events
Have your gotten your tickets yet?  Race weekend is right around the corner, and you don’t want to miss the 6th Annual Sponsor Credit Union Gala or the 2nd Annual Potomac Cruise. The gala is a fun-filled night of entertainment, exclusively for Race sponsors and their guests.  The cruise is a great event for your family, friends, staff, and top clients that may be in town during race weekend.   Don’t forget to put these events on your calendar!

Volunteer Forms DEADLINE!
Sponsoring credit unions and partner organizations who wish to be part of race day excitement (without having to run ten miles!) are encouraged to become volunteers! The deadline for volunteer enrollment is March 3, 2008.   Each volunteer receives a commemorative race t-shirt, the opportunity to attend the Runners’ Expo and Clinic, and a guaranteed, transferable entry (at the prevailing fee) for the following year’s race.  To find out more about volunteering, click here.
