CUMD last week e-mailed all 2008 sponsors to explain how to secure their guaranteed race entries for the April 5 Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run (10 miler and 5K walk/run). The online registration for the general public is today and sells out quickly. As a benefit to being a sponsor, credit unions and business partners receive guaranteed slots at the prevailing rate. Business partners receive some fee-waived entries depending on their level of support.
This year, there are two options for guaranteed race entries:
- Electronic code for online registration (individual runner pays for their entry by credit card online)
- Printed entry form for credit union to fill out for all its runners and pay by check
Entries must be ordered by January 15. Click here to place your order for up to 10 entries.
(Generally, credit union sponsors are entitled to 10 guaranteed entries. Some may need less, some more. Once ordered, if you don’t need all of your entries, please return them to CUMD at info@miracleday.org or by mail, PO Box 27637, Washington, DC 20038.)
All runners must be registered by March 1!

CUMD welcomed the following board members, elected this year to fill the 11 seat board:
